1.      Apologies

2.      Minutes of the 2008 AGM

3.      Annual Report, Income and Expenditure Account

4.      Rule Amendment Proposals

There has been proposals received to change the way in which the match can be decided in the event of a draw.

The proposals are as follows –

( I ) – That in all cup matches that finish 6-6, there should be a three man play off to decide the outcome, instead of a ‘one game’ play off. Each three frames should have a lag break instead of spinning a coin as this is a fairer way of deciding who breaks.

( II ) –  That in all cup matches that finish 6-6, there should be a single frame play off to decide the outcome. The choice of who breaks is deemed by the team winning by the spin of a coin.

NB. Proposal ( II ) will only be voted on if proposal ( I ) falls.

5.      Proposals to amendment the Constitution

( I ) – That a single participating winter league team can have no more than 2 representatives on the committee at the time of their election onto the committee.

( II ) – That an Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held during the month of July or August.

Adam Ferguson (The Real Wolfe A) is due for election for a period of 2 years due to being co-opted onto the committee during the previous year.
