If you can not play a match on the date stated please give a minimum of 48 hours notice to the opposing team.  Failure to do so may result in the opposing team receiving a 12-0 win and a points deduction for the team not providing notice. Games which cannot be played on the stated date can be played before the date or up to 3 weeks after the date or by the last day of the season which ever is earlier.  The home team must provide 3 suitable dates to the away team.  If a mutually agreed date can not be reached please contact the fixture secretary on 07855452102.
All cards are to be returned to the Pool Box in The Grey Goat by 7.30pm on the Thurdsay following the match.  Failure to do will result in a points deduction from the winning team.  In the event of a draw, the home team is responsible for returning the card and will receive the deduction if not returned.
